COOK NUCLEAR PLANT, UNIT NO. I HEAT UP AND COOL DOWN OVERPRESSURIZATION LIMITS The proposed Technical Specification changes are necessary to update heatup and cooldown curves which provide for acceptable operation of the Unit for the next twelve effective full power years.
This change similarly effects the cold overpressurization limits and revised Technical Specification are likewise proposed.
The individual notice is required so that the Unit can startup (reach Mode 5) on August 10, 1985.
The licensee proposals were dated July 18 and 19, 1985 and were revised late following our earlier review and the licensees determination that the copper content of vessel welds was questionable.
This schedule does not allow time for the normal monthly notice.
