Dear Mr. Denton:
Pursuant to the request of your staff, this letter provides written documentation of our verbal clarification of change number 7 in our letter AEP:NRC:0895B, dated May 10, 1985.
As mentioned to your staff we will maintain the electrical interlocks which prevent both battery chargers from being connected to the train "N" battery at the same time.
This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
