Enclosed are five copies of a draft report entitled "Donald C.

Curve" which applies the recollection results of the report XN-NF-85-20(P).
The report XN-NF-85-20(P) "Modification of the EXEM/PWR FLECHT Based Reflood quench and Heat Transfer Correlations for D.C.,Cook Unit 2," has been submitted formally to H.R. Denton of the U.S.
NRC.
It is planned to submit a final version of this draft on or before April 26, 1985.
The analysis presented in the draft report supports an axially dependent Fq limit for which the D.C.
Cook Unit 2 plant could operate to in conformance to 10 CFR 50.46.
