Dear Mr. Denton:
The purpose of this letter 1s to clarify the Technical Specification (T/S) change requests made in our letters AEP:NRC:0659, 0659A, 0659B, and 0659C.
In this series of letters a number of changes were modified or deleted.
The following changes are still requested:
0659
- Change No. 1; Editorial change to Table 3.3-1 0659A - None 0659B - None 0659C
- All Ne hereby request deletion of changes 2, 3, and 4 in AEP:NRC:0659 and deletion of all T/S changes requests contained in AEP:NRC:0659A and 0659B.
These proposed changes have been rev1ewed by the Plant Nuclear Safety Review Committee (PNSRC) and will be reviewed by the Nuclear Safety and Design Review Committee (NSDRC) at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
In compliance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1),
a copy of th1s letter and its attachments have been transm1tted to Mr. R.
C. Callen of the Michigan Publ1o Service Commission and Mr. George Bruchmann of the Michigan Department of Public Health.
