This letter responds to your November 14, 1984 letter regarding additional information on Generic Letter 83-28.

We have completed our response regarding item 4.3.

This information was transmitted to you on December 21, 1984 in our letter AEP:NRC:0838E.

With regard to items 4.2.1 and 4.2.2, we are currently reviewing draft responses which we have received from our Engineering Department.

We anticipate this review will be completed in the next month, so our final response to you will be available by March, 1985.

This document has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
