Dear Mr. Denton:
In our letter, Reference No 1, Indiana
& Michigan Electric Company requested relief from 10 CFR 50.55a(g) to start the second ten year inspection interval on the same date for both Units of the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant.
In a letter dated October 23,
- 1984, Ms. Reba M. Diggs of your staff notified us that a sum of 04400.00 is applicable to the above request for relief.
As such, please find enclosed a check in the amount of
$4400.00 in payment of the application fee.
Following the discussions with the NRC project Manager for D. C. Cook
- Plant, the common date proposed in AEP:NRC:0730A was revised and a second letter No. AEP-NRC:0730D dated May ll, 1984 was submitted.
Please note that our letter No. AEP:NRC:0730D supersedes letter No. AEP-'NRC:0730A and as such this fee is applicable to letter No. AEP:NRC:0730D.
This letter has been prepared following Corporate procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
