The purpose of this letter is to submit the application fee which was inadvertently left out of our submittal No. AEP:NRC:0433D, dated October 19, 1984.
In that previous submittal we proposed changes to the Appendix
'A'echnical Specificat1ons (T/S) for the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant Unit Nos.
1 and 2.
Therefore, pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.12 we have enclosed a check in the amount of'150.00.
In compliance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1),
a copy of this letter has been transm1tted to Mr. G. Bruchmann of the Michigan Department of Public Health and Mr. R.
C. Callen of the Michigan Public Service Commission.
