'A'echnical Nos. 1 and 2. Therefore, pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR 170.12 we have enclosed a check in the amount of'150.00.

In compliance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.91(b)(1), a copy of this letter has been transm1tted to Mr. G. Bruchmann of the Michigan Department of Public Health and Mr. R. C. Callen of the Michigan Public Service Commission.
