At the request of American Electric Power Service Company (AEPSC), this information,is being transmitted directly by Exxon Nuclear.
This information has been reviewed and approved by AEPSC.
Exxon Nuclear Company considers information contained in the enclosed report to be proprietary.
In accordance with the Commission's Regulation 10 CFR 2.790(b),
the Affidavit enclosed with the reference letter covering the transmittal of the LOCA ECCS analysis, XN-NF-84-21(P), provides the necessary information to support the withholding of this response from public dis-closure.
A non-proprietary version of the enclosed report is in preparation and will be forwarded separately for your use.
