Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
This letter is in reference to our letter of March 30, 1984 (AEP:NRC:0838B) which was in response to the July 8, 1983 Generic Letter 83-28.
Subsequent to our March 30, 1984 submittal, it was discovered that the name we had chosen for the program to control vendor documents (VENDOR DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEM VDCS) was already in use for another program within our company.
Therefore, we are changing the name of this program as follows:
In the fourth paragraph of our March 30, 1984 cover letter (AEP:NRC:0838B) and throughout Attachment III to that letter, the term VENDOR DOCUMENT CONTROL SYSTEM OR VDCS is to be changed to VENDOR INFORMATION CONTROL SYSTEM (VICS).
