SUMMARY
- CYCLE 4 RELOAD The ld(ensee and Exxon mdt. with the staff on December 2, 1982 to discuss the D.'. Cook Unit No.
2 fuel reload for cycle 4.
The attendance list is included as Enc11osuretl.
During the previous meeting on the same subject on November 3, 1982, a
number of questions we;"e provided to the licensee.
This meeting on December 2 was to discuss the licensee's response to the questions.
The licensee provided written responses which are included as Enclosure 2.
Attachments 1
and 2 of Enclosure 2 are the Technical Specifications changes for the reload rdview.
Attachments 3 thru 5 of Enclosure 2 are responses to staffs que'stions.
Attachment 6 is the D. C.
Cook procedures for detailed sampling'f reactor coolant'or fuel failures and was pro-vided also in response to a staff question.
As a result of 4he meeting, the licensee will document their rational for the review per'formed for the reload, the reasoning for selecting certain accident sequences for details analysis, the basis for calculated results being conservative or non-conseev5tive',.
and an estimate of the fractional part of 10 CFR Part 100 doses resulting from the sequences analyzed.
The licensee will also address the 3.5X uncertainty on RCS flow and the effects this uncertainty will have on the various calculations performed.
The remaining material to be docketed and any additional responses.
are to be completed before December 22, 1982.
The plant startup schedule is currently sometime about January 19, 1982.
