As per the recent telephone conversation between yourself and Mr. Howard L. Sobel of my staff, please be advised that we have no plans to submit a new application of the type identified in your January 12, 1982 letter to us.

Ho~ever, please be advised that, as necessary, we will be sub-mitting reload license applications which may also include requests for an increase in the units'hermal power rating.

This document has been prepared following Corporate Procedures which incorporate a reasonable set of controls to insure its accuracy and completeness prior to signature by the undersigned.
