Dear Mr. Denton:
This letter responds to Mr.
W. 0. Miller's letter of April 24, 1980 regarding payment of additional fees to the NRC for Staff review of the Technical Specification change requests contained in our AEP:NRC:00313 submittal of February 22, 1980.
's stated in Mr. Miller's letter, based on their preliminary review, ONRR has determined'hat our application for Technical Specification re-visions collectively constitutes a Class IV and a Class I Amendment as per the provisions of 10 CFR 170.22.
A check in the amount of $1,600.00 was previously forwa'rded to the Commission via our AEP:NRC:00313 submittal.
In accordance with Mr. Miller's request attached is a check in the amount of $11,100.00.
