This letter responds to your letter dated November 2, 1979 which we received November 6, 1979 and which transmitted to us IE Bulletin No. 79025 titled "Failures of Westinghouse BFD Relays in Safety-Related Systems".
Please note that there are no Westinghouse BFD/NBFD relays used or planned for use in safety-related systems at our facility.
Therefore, this bulletin does not apply to the Donald C.
Cook Nuclear Plant and no further action is required.
