Dear Mr. Keppler:
This is to confirm our verbal report to NRC Region III Inspector, Mr. R.E.'asse, at 1025 hours0.0119 days <br />0.285 hours <br />0.00169 weeks <br />3.900125e-4 months <br /> on November 15, 1979.
At that time we reported that due to the removal of a breaker, power was interrupted from two FMO valves (FMO-242 and 212) for a period of twelve (12) minutes.
During this period the Turbine Driven Auxiliary Feedwater Pump was also inoperable.
A followup report will be submitted by November 29,
- 1979, as required by Technical Specification Section 6.9.1.8.
