IE BULLETIN N0.79-21 This letter serves to request an extension to the due date to respond to I.E. Bulletin No. 79-21 until October 20, 1979.

We see ourselves in need to request this extension because of manpower shortages traceable to the sizeable number of requests from your staff we are presently engaged in answering.

Be aware, however, that as per Westinghouse's instructions, we changed the Steam Generator Lo-Lo Level Setpoint on June 30.,

1979.

Associated procedural reviews were also initiated and are now complete.
