Pursuant to the requirements of the Appendix A Technical Specifications the following reports are submitted:

RO 79-007/03L-0 RO 79-008/03L-0 RO 79-009/03L-0 RO 79-009/03L-0 was submitted as two-week report but after intensive investigation of the condition and Technical Specifications concerning the event, Plant Management has decided that this event is a thirty-day report.
