Dear Mr. Johnson,
Enclosed are revisions to the Applications for License Amendment dated October 15, 1990 and March 8,
1991 to remove Containment Isolation Valve Table 3.6-1 from Technical Specifications.
These revisions were made in response to the NRC Request For Additional Information dated September 26, 1991.
For clarity, the entire Application is being submitted.
This proposed Amendment should be considered effective 30 days after RGGE receipt of NRC approval.
Also enclosed are requests for relief from certain provisions of 10 CFR 50 Appendix J that are related to this application.
