[External_Sender] RE: Outstanding Items associated with the Seabrook License Renewal Safety Review Hi Lois, I understand that you and Ed Carley just spoke on the phone and have discussed the questions below.

Lets plan on NO call tomorrow morning. I am in training and Ken Browne is off-site.

Please dont hesitate to call if there is something we need to discuss before the weekly call can be rescheduled. Same for you Justin!

Thanks, Christine From: James, Lois [1]

Outstanding Items associated with the Seabrook License Renewal Safety Review CAUTION - EXTERNAL EMAIL Good afternoon, I believe we are scheduled for a call tomorrow morning at 8:00 am. I have a few items that I would like to discuss:

1. Response to ASR RAIs was due June 14, 2017. NRC verbally gave NextEra an extension until mid-July. NRC requested NextEra inform the staff on the docket that the RAIs will be delayed.

I have not seen a letter stating the delay or a new response date

2. SBK-L-17087, Seabrook Station, Supplement 53 - Response to Request for Additional Information for the Review of the Seabrook Station License Renewal Application - LR-ISG-2016 Changes to Aging Management Guidance for Various Steam Generator Components Staff follow up questions:
i. Response is missing the additional information demonstrating that the industry analyses are bounding the conditions of applicants steam generators (Request 2). Is NextEra planning to submit such information (as a supplement)?

2 ii. Which AMR item(s) is(are) used to manage loss of material due to boric acid corrosion for steam generator heads and tubesheets (please see GALL item IV.D1.R-436a in LR-ISG-2016-01)

If you were thinking of not having the 8:00 am meeting, then I would like to set up another time to discuss these items with you.
