On the NRC SBK-L-16013 / Enclosure 1 / Page 4 could you report on the NRC position statement about the Commitment 91 as the "ASR Monitoring A.21.31A was changed to Building Deferment Monitoring A.2.1.31B with a crossed out ASR Monitoring Program to a Building Deformation monitoring Program with no change in the monitoring program. What is the NRC position stated in writing on Commitment 91. I also request that the NRC state your position on NextEras Commitment 71 and Commitment 83.
