St. Lucie Unit 1 Docket No. 50-335 1994 Fall Refueling Outage In-Service Ins ection Summar Re ort In accordance with Article IWA-6000 of ASME Section XI, enclosed is the In-Service Inspection (ISI) Summary Report for St.Lucie Unit 1 1994 Fall refueling outage.
IWA-6230 requires the report to be submitted to the authority having jurisdiction within 90 days of completing the in-service inspection conducted during the outage.
Included with the NIS-1 Report are several attachments that include the 1994 Eddy Current Summary
- Report, 1994 Outage Snubber Functional Testing Summary Report, and the NIS-2 Owners'eport for Repairs and Replacements performed since the preceding summary report submittal.
The Eddy Current Summary Report provides the information required by Sections 4.4.5.5.b and 6.9.2 of the St. Lucie Unit 1 Technical Specifications (TS).
The TS requires the submittal of the Steam Generator Tube In-Service Inspection Special Report within 12 months of completing the tube inspection.
