In the existing scheme only one "block/unblock" manual selector switch is used for both SI trains.
The licensee has decided to correct the existing scheme by installing two selector
- switches, one for each train.
Westinghouse has agreed to inform the other utilities that may have similar problem.
No additional AEOD action is recommended at this stage, though we need to keep ourselves abreast with the close-out of this issue'.
