Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to reduce the requirement for low pressurizer water level from 12 to 10e6%
and change the P-10 permissive from 10% to 8% power.

Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A
B and C which set forth the requested change in Technical Specifications, its safety evaluation, and the basis for determining that the change does not involve a
signficant hazards consideration; and 3.
Since this change supplements a previous proposal, no fee is required.
