Transmitted herewith and in accordance with 50. 54 of 10CFR Part 50 is Technical Supplement Accompanying Application for a Full-Term Operating License, which incorporates Revision 8.
Supplement IV continues to describe the Quality Assurance Program for Station Operation.
Previous revisions up to and including Revision 7 have received USNRC approval from the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Revision 8; which further revises Supplement IV since it was last filed with the Commission during November 1980,'rovides the first annual submittal of changes which do not reduce our previous commitments.
The Revision 8 changes include minor changes in the organizations..assigned responsibility for the review of General Maintenance purchase requisitions and for the coordination of all procurement activities associated with the fabrication of nuclear fuel.
In addition, included is our commitment to NRC Regulatory Guides 1.146 and 1.58 Revision 1 as requested by USNRC Generic Letter 81-01.
The organizational charts have also been revised consistent with 1982 corporate organizational changes.
Changes in the Management and Ginna Station organizations have been previously submitted as a change to Technical Specifications.
