(1) Three (3) originals and nineteen (19) copies of an Application for Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of that license to revise the Technical Specifi-cations to incorporate requirements for systems installed in response to the NRC Fire Protection Safety Evaluation Report issued February 14, 1979 and its supplements; and (2) Forty (40) copies of each of three (3) documents designated Attachments A, B, and.C which set forth the requested change in Technical Specifications, its safety evaluation, and the basis for the fee determination.
