RII 90-A-0195 - ALLEGATION As discussed in a November 14, 1990, telephone conversation between Mr. R. Crlenjak of my staff, and Mr. G. Boissy of your'staff, this letter is in reference to an allegation received by the NRC.
The enclosure to this letter provides the details relative to this issue.
The NRC has not made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy or validity of the information supplied by the informant.
The enclosed information is provided for your review so that you can take appropriate action.
The. enclosed information is being supplied in confidence pending completion of your review and is not being placed in the Public Document Room.
The enclosure contains sufficient information for follow-up and you are requested to initiate a
review of this concern and provide us with your findings.
You are requested to provide your findings to us within 45 days of receipt of this letter.
In order to ensure appropriate protection for the information, please mark the letter with your findings as containing "Information Exempt from Disclosure Under 10 CFR 2.790 (a)(6) and (7)."
