Tne Commission met to discuss with staff the status of their review of the readiness of St. Lucie-2 for a license above 5 percent power,
.as outlined in their package submitted to the Commission on June 3.
Staff noted they would modify the license amendment regarding post trip procedures and the natural circulation boron mixing test in accordance with the discussion.
The Commission voted 5-0 t a low staff to issue a full power authorization.

Commissioner Roberts requested that the staff provide information on whether or not the review panel implemented in Region XI to inspect licensee documentation is used. in the other regi'ons.
