The changes for this revision are summarized on page 2 of this letter. The changes are deemed notto decrease the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan. The revised plan continues to meet the requirements ofAppendix E of 10CFR 50.
The changes will be implemented effective the date of this letter.

Removed extemal and replaced with intemal and corrected deep dose with effective to make consistent with TEDE (10CFR 20) as the sum of EDE (extemal) and CEDE (intemal).
3.1.8 Revised Public Relations to University Relations (changed all other references in document to same).
7.6.1 - Removed reference to SCBA and full face respirators. Added half-face respirators. All other statements regarding no establishment or credit for SCBA program remain in effect 7.6.2 - Added, statement regarding the availability ofelectronic dosimeters.
7.6.3 - Removed reference to radiochemistry personnel and added Radiological Sciences Department faculty/staff.
8.2.1 - Changed description of filter from movable to fixed as a result ofnew monitor equipment.
8.2.3 - Removed reference to Ge-Li detector (intrinsic Ge reference is unaffected).
8.6 - Deleted multiple 8.6 sections and renumbered 8.6 to 8.7.
8.7 - Revised statement on calibration frequency to amual.
