Good morning, just playing catch-up with some pending items. My question should have been does this mean our consultation with the tribes is now complete? Or do we need their final blessing to close this out?

Regards, Megan

Good afternoon Sara, The Corps received some feedback from the STOF THPO after the review of your survey plan.

THPO requests:

  • In Section 4 (d) where the work plan reads "A reconnaissance level survey will be conducted for previously surveyed areas that do not meet current professional standards, to be defined in consultation with the SHPO" the STOF-THPO would like to respectfully request to be consulted on this as well.
  • In Section 4 (f) the STOF-THPO would like to respectfully request the following requirement be added:

the requirement set forth by the FDHR's Module 3 that a minimum of 10% of the low probability areas be tested.

  • In Section 7 the STOF-THPO would like to respectfully request to be included in Section 106 consultation to identify and resolve any adverse effects to significant resources along with SHPO Please let me know if you have any questions or if these items can be included in the plan?
