The Virginia Department of Healths Office of Radiological Health (ORH) received your letter of September 21, 2017 affording us the opportunity to review and comment on the Draft Environmental Assessment for the Proposed Renewal of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) License Number: SNM-2507 for the North Anna Power Station Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation in Louisa County, Virginia, Docket Number:
72-16, dated September 2017. We appreciate the NRCs thorough analysis of Dominions application renewal request and, based on that analysis, concur with the NRCs conclusion and draft Finding of No Significant Impact as presented on page 31 of the subject document.
