Dear Mr. Taylor:
On March 26, 1997, South Carolina Electric and Gas Company submitted a VirgilC.
Summer Unit 1 Technical Specifications change request to allow a one-time extension of emergency diesel generator "B" outage time. Your April 20, 1998, letter withdrew your March 26, 1997, request.
Accordingly, we grant withdrawal of your change request and are closing out TAC No. M98286.
