Dear Mr. Parrish:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letter dated July 15, 1998, which transmitted WNP-2 Emergency Plan Implementing Procedure 13.1.1, "Emergency Classification," Revision 25, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V.
We did not identify any violations of 10 CFR 50.54(q) during our review. Implementation of these changes willbe subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter willbe placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
