Dear Mr. Parrish:
By letter dated March 8, 1999,'ou applied for an amendment to the Washington Public Power Supply System Nuclear Project,No. 2 Operating License No. NPF-21. The proposed change would have modified the emergency plan pertaining to the number of on-shift health physics technicians.
Subsequently, by letter dated May 25, 1999, you withdrew the amendment request, and stated that you planned to resubmit with additional information at a later date.
