Enclosed is a copy of the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) evaluation report for the April 29, 1999, medical services drill at the Washington Nuclear Plant No. 2 and Kadlec Medical Center.

Final Report for the WNP-2 Medical Services Drill Enclosed is the final report on the April 29, 1999, WNP-2 Medical Services Drill for Kadlec Medical Center and Richland Fire Department.
We received no comments on the draft report
'xcept for minor typographical errors, which have been corrected.
Our October 28, 1997, letter covering the 1997 Kadlec Medical Services Drill identified Plan Issue ¹BF/97-1.
The issue concerned an incorrect Duty Officer telephone number for the Washington Department of Health. The phone number was corrected on the Radiation Accident Notification Checklist utilized by Kadlec Medical Center staff in the 1999 drill, and our records now show this Plan Issue is closed.
