NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-39698-15 AND ERRATA SHEET
Dear Mr. Parrish:
Thank you for your letter of December 7, 1998, in response to our November 6, 1998, letter,
and Notice of Violation. We have reviewed your reply and find it responsive to the concerns
raised in our Notice of Violation. We will review the implementation of your corrective actions
during a future inspection to determine that full compliance has been achieved and willbe
maintained.
Insert the enclosure to this letter as a replacement for page 3 of the Notice of Violation to NRC
Inspection Report 50-397/98-15, which contained an error.
