The revision was submitted pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(q) and 10 CFR 50.4; and incorporated a change to revise the effluent monitor classification thresholds for classifying the four levels of emergency events using readings from radiation monitors PRM-RE-1B and PRM-RE-1G (Reactor Building Exhaust).
Our review determined that the change is acceptable and does not appear to degrade the effectiveness of your emergency planning at the Washington Nuclear Project.
