REVISION 18, 19, AND 20 We have completed our review of your Operational Quality Assurance Program Description, Revisions 18, 19, and 20, submitted by your Letter G0-94-287, dated December 29, 1994.
Revisions 18 and 19 reflect changes to your organization which combine the quality assurance (QA) functions under the Assistant Hanaging Director, Operations.
Revision 20 changes the method used by Procurement QA and Quality Assessments to review procurement documents and monitor the procurement process.
Our review determined that your quality assurance program description as changed by your December 29,
- 1994, submittal continues to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and is acceptable.
