Hr. K. R. Naidu of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation,
on June
13-17,
1994.
The inspection

a review of activities authorized for your
Washington Nuclear Project-2 facility.
At the conclusion of the inspection,

identified -in the enclosed report.
