During the period of January
24-27,
1994, Hr. K. Brewer of this office
conducted
a routine inspection of activities authorized
by NRC License
Number
NPF-21, for Washington Nuclear Project
2 (WNP-2).
At the conclusion of the
inspection,
Hr. Brewer discussed
our findings with members of your staff
identified in the enclosed report.
Areas
examined during this inspection
are described
in the enclosed report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of
procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
independent
measurements,
and observations
by the inspector of activities in progress.
No violations of NRC requirements
were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
In accordance
with 10 CFR 2.790(a) of the NRC's "Rules of Practice,"
a copy of
