During the period of October 25-29,
1993, Hr. H. Cillis of this office
conducted
a routine inspection of acti'vities authorized for Washington Nuclear
Project
2 (WNP-2).
On October 29,
1993, at the conclusion of the inspection,
Mr. Cillis discussed
the findings of the inspection with the members of your
staff identified in the enclosed
report.

examined during this inspection
are described
in the enclosed report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted of selective
examinations of
procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with personnel,
and
observations
of activities in progress.
Within the scope of this inspection,
no violations or deviations

identified.
