WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 REQUEST FOR AMENDMENT TO THE FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE AND TECHNICAL 'PECIFICATIONS TO INCREASE LICENSED POWER LEVELFOR 3323 MWtTO 3488 WITHEXTENDED LOAD LINE LIMIT AND A CHANGE IN SAFETY RELIEF VALVE SETPOINT TOLERANCE, SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION
Reference:
Letter G02-93-180, dated July 9, 1993, JV Parrish (SS) to NRC, same subject The reference requested the subject Operating License amendment and Technical Specification changes and provided supporting analysis and justification.
Subsequent to submittal of the reference, a revision to the 10 CFR 50.92 No Significant Hazards Evaluation, provided by the reference, was performed.
As an attachment to this letter the revised 10 CFR 50.92 evaluation in support of the requested Operating License amendment and Technical Specification changes is submitted.
The conclusions stated in the reference are not affected by the revised 10 CFR 50.92 evaluation.
The conclusion that the request does not represent a significant hazard remains valid and as stated in the reference the submittal continues to meet the eligibility criteria for categorical exclusion as set forth in 10 CFR 50.22(c)(9) and an environmental assessment is not required.

Correction of the typographical errors and referencing Revision 2 instead of Reference 1 does not have any technical impact on the conclusions or evaluations provided in the submittal.
The changes are indicated by double vertical lines in the page margin.
This supplemental information has been reviewed and approved by the WNP-2 Plant Operations Committee and the Supply System Corporate Nuclear Safety Review Board. In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91, the State of Washington has been provided a copy of this letter.
