1993 EXERCISE SCENARIO PACKAGE This letter refers to your January 21, 1993, letter which forwarded the scenario package for the WNP-2 annual emergency exercise scheduled for February 22/23, 1993.
We have completed our review of,the scenario package.
The results of our review were discussed during January 22 and February 4,
- 1993, telephone conversations between Hs.
G.
Good, of my staff, and Messrs.
R. Utter and P.
Bagan, of your staff.
I understand that your staff agreed to make several
- changes, including corrections to plant data parameters, based on some of Hs.
Good's comments.
We noted that the exercise objectives and limitations had been modified per our previous agreement with Hr. Utter (refer to my January 6,
1993, letter to you).
We contacted Hr.
R. Donovan of the.Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA),
Region X, during our review.
Hr. Donovan stated that he had no comments for us to relay to you since FEHA was not evaluating any part of the exercise.
Based on the results of our review, and the actions planned by your staff, we find that the exercise scenario package appears adequate to permit you to meet the agreed upon exercise objectives.
