to the discussion of our preliminary inspection findings held by the inspector
with yourself and other members of your staff identified in the enclosed
inspection report

1992.
Further, this letter refers to the
subsequent
meeting
conducted
at Region
V on September
8,
1992, at your request
to discuss
Supply System
Emergency
Preparedness
issues
and initiatives.
Areas
examined during this inspection
included activities related to emergency
preparedness
as described
in the enclosed
inspection report.
Within these
areas,
the .inspection consisted
of selective
examination of procedures
and
representative
records,
interviews with facility and contract personnel,
and
observations
of activities in progress.

No violations of NRC requirements
were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
