on February 24-28,
1992, of activities authorized

NRC License

NPF-21, at
the Mashington Nuclear Project, Unit 2. It also refers to the discussion
of
our prelim>nary inspection findings held by the inspector with yourself and
other members of your staff identified in the enclosed
inspection report
on
February 28,
1992.
Further, this letter refers to subsequent
in-office
inspection of site emergency
plan implementing procedures
(EPIP)
and the
telephone
discussion
between
A. Mcgueen of this office and
D.
Larson of your
staff on March 6,
1992.
Areas
examined during this inspection
included activities related to emergency
preparedness
as described
in the enclosed
inspection report.
Mithin these
areas,
the inspection consisted
of selective
examination 'of procedures
and
representative
records,
inter'views with facility and contract personnel,
and
observations
of activities in progress.
No violations of NRC requirements
were identified within the scope of this
inspection.
