During the NRC exit meeting held at WNP-2 on Friday, August 2, 1991, Mr. L.F. Millerof your staff requested that the latest revision of the WNP-2 Licensed Operator Requalification

~ Program Corrective Action Plan be submitted to your office. A copy of the latest Plan revision (Rev. 7) is attached for your review.

As discussed with Mr. Miller, the Plan is a "living" document and thus, this does not necessarily represent the final version of the Plan.

The Plan contains short term, intermediate term and long term actions which the Supply System considers necessary to correct identified problems with the requalification program.

Short term actions represent those items which we have deemed necessary to complete prior to plant restart from the current outage.

An earlier revision of the Plan was shared with you and your staff at the July 2, 1991 management meeting in your offices.

We believe that the current revision incorporates your input at that meeting and subsequent discussions with members of your staff and thus also represents those actions which the NRC considers restart issues.

Intermediate and long term actions will be completed after restart on the schedule indicated.
