conducted
by Mr. C. A. Clark of
this office on June
3 through June 7,
1991 at the
WNP-2 site
and in office
review of licensee
provided documents
during the weeks of June
10 and July 2,
1991, of activities authorized
by
NRC License
No.
and to the discussions
of our findings held with members of your staff on June 7, 1991.
Areas
examined during this inspection
are described
in the enclosed
inspection
report.
Within these
areas,
the inspection consisted
of selective
examinations of procedures
and representative
records,
interviews with
personnel,
and observations
by the inspector.
While no violations or deviations of NRC requirements
were identified within
the scope of this inspection,
we have concluded that additional
management
attention is required to ensure that appropriate
licensee
maintenance
practices
and policies are properly documented
in formal written procedures.
Specific
concerns
in this regard,
are identified in the enclosed report.
In accordance
with 10
CFR 2.790(a),
a copy of this letter and the enclosure
will be placed in the
NRC Public Oocument
Room.
