Management Meeting This will confirm the discussion on June 27, 1991 between Mr. K. Perkins of this office and Mr. J.
W. Baker of the Washington Public Power Supply System concerning a management meeting to be held between NRC and Supply System management representatives at the Region V Office in Walnut Greek, California, at 9:00 a.m.
on July 2, 1991.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss further the root causes of the requalification program failure, including the requalification retake examinations on June 5-6,
- 1991, and a revised action plan for restart.
A copy of the proposed agenda for this meeting is enclosed.
