On March 12,
1991
a management
meeting was held at the Region
V
office in Walnut Creek, California between
NRC and Supply System
management
representatives
as detailed in the attached report.
The purpose of the meeting
was to discuss the requalification
examination results,
corrective actions taken
and planned,
and
your Bases for Continued Operation.
During this meeting your
staff presented
the Supply System's position on these
areas
and
committed to take certain actions to address
them as described in
Enclosure
2. As a result of our discussions
we requested
that you
make certain revisions'o
Enclosure
2 and formally transmit your
Bases for Continued Operation,
which you did by letter dated
March 14,
1991.
At the meeting, it was agreed that the requalification program
evaluation determined your program was unsatisfactory.
In
response to'hat determination
an Operational Evaluation
was
scheduled to assess
the safety of your operating crews.
