Dear Mr. Parrish:
This letter acknowledges receipt of your letters dated June 28 and September 16, 1999, which transmitted WNP-2 Emergency Plan Revisions 23 and 24, respectively, under the provisions of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E, Section V, and 10 CFR 50.54(q).
We did not identify any violations of 10 CFR 50.54(q) during our review. Implementation of these changes willbe subject to inspection to confirm that they have not decreased the effectiveness of your emergency plan.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the Commission's regulations, a copy of this letter willbe
