NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-397/98-21
Dear Mr. Parrish:
From August 30 through October 10, 1998, an inspection was conducted at. your Washington
Nuclear Project-2 reactor facility'. The enclosed report presents the scope'and
results of that
inspection.
During the inspection period, the conduct of licensed activities at Washington Nuclear Project-2
was characterized by a strong safety focus on plant operations supported by very good human
performance.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.790 of the NRC's "Rules of Practice," a copy of this letter and its
enclosure willbe placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR).
