SUBJECT:
ADMINISTRATIVECLOSURE OF TAC MA2508 The above TAC Number was opened to address effort to support a request for enforcement discretion related to the testing of a diesel at the plant. A number of hours were expended by the technical and projects staff to discuss the issue with the licensee.
It turned out the NOED was not needed.
The purpose of this note is to officiallyclose out the TAC.
